0layers is an AI-powered template generation platform that allows users to create customized templates for social media, presentations, and other content. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate templates.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old and create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Not share your account with others

4. Credit System and Payments

Credits: You purchase credits to use the Service. Each template generation consumes a specific number of credits based on complexity.

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
Credits do not expire unless your account is deleted
Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion
We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice

Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with our payment processor's terms of service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of templates you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to generate templates.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Templates are generated using AI technology. While we strive for quality:

Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output
We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your requirements
AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing works

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 0LAYERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Errors or inaccuracies in generated content
Any third-party content or conduct

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0layers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and unused credits are forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. 0layers is operated by AmbiMake LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@0layers.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
